Harisudhan is a Partner in the Indirect tax practice of PwC Chennai.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience. He has experience in handling indirect tax matters, corporate restructuring and mergers.

Hari has been involved in the indirect tax advisory work of an auto major in their set up. He was involved in location feasibility study and tax impact for a large wind-mill manufacturing Company.

Hari was also engaged in undertaking a tax impact analysis across various States in India.

He has done various assignments on Customs and Excise matters including classification, valuation, structuring, etc.,

Hari has been instrumental in advising and assisting various clients in IT/ITES segment. Hari has worked on many assignments in IT/ ITES segment involving setting-up, bonding and de-bonding of the Units from Export Oriented Unit Scheme.
