Kaustuv Bagchi is Vice President & Head Offshore Wind Business. He has 28 years of experience in energy sector in various capacities and functions including operations, business development and strategy formulation for global energy business.

In his earlier role, he was the Head of Global Operations of Offshore Projects, responsible for portfolio in excess of 4 Billion USD.

He also had been Chief Executive of L&T Sapura Joint Venture Company.

He has Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master’s degree in Management.
