Dr. Maik Reder is the Founder and CEO of ANNEA. He did his PhD degree focusing on Wind Energy and Artificial Intelligence (CIRCE, DTU) and holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich. He has over 10 years of international research and industry experience in predictive maintenance for wind energy, machine learning, and reliability modelling. He has published over 14 peer-reviewed scientific articles on wind energy failure prediction and performance optimization.
