He has over 33 years of experience with core competencies in service operations, business development, customer service, people management, planning, and administration. He has managed the after-sales business for leading companies in the power sector.

After his initial stint at Cethar Vessels Limited as a boiler pre-commissioning engineer, he underwent marine apprenticeship training and sailed onboard merchant navy ships as a marine engineer. Later, he joined Wartsila Corporation as an engineer in the service function, taking care of the maintenance of diesel power plants. There he was assigned the responsibility of service sales, and before leaving Wartsila, he was taking care of the company's Sri Lanka business in Colombo. Later, he joined the BGR Group, where he headed the service operations of the condenser tube cleaning systems (GEA-BGR).

His last assignment was at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Power Limited, where he joined as the head of customer relations management, grew up to become the CEO of the service business of the company, and remained in that capacity for eight years. He has been instrumental in driving customer centricity in the service business, consistently delivering revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Currently, he is the Head of Solar, Hybrid, and Energy Storage Businesses at Everrenew Energy Private Limited, working towards replacing fossil fuels and taking India on the carbon-neutral path.
