Siva Shankar Kasturi is the OEM Manager for Asia Pacific region for Industrial Lubricants with Shell Global Lubricants.

Based out of Mumbai, Siva works closely with all the major Global OEMs based in India & Asia Pacific. Some of his key responsibility areas include sharing insights and updates with R&D teams of OEMs on the latest trends in lubricant technology, latest product and equipment specifications and liaison with key customers and OEMs for approvals and recommendations. His responsibilities also include making strategic partnerships with key OEMs and Industry bodies by collaborative team leadership and prompt execution in building partnerships

Siva has a diversified experience of 24+ years in maintenance, operations and TCO approaches from lubrication perspective. Siva’s areas of specialization include all major industrial lubricants portfolio and critical applications.

He is the associate member of STLE and acts as Convener for Industry lubricants group of Bureau of Indian Standards

Siva is currently the Convener for Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for the complete portfolio of Industrial Lubricants specifications used in the Nation. He is an active member in STLE (Society of Tribology and Lubrication engineers) and ISO committee too

Siva holds a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelors of Engineering degree from BITS Pilani
